Mailing Your Poo. The Do’s and Do not’s.

Some folks have also have opted to mail in used condoms, used tampons, and old poise pads. I don’t use any of the three so its pure poo mailing for myself. I am more of a loaf in the box kind of a guy.

A healthy, balanced diet that includes plenty of fiber, water, and nutrients is recommended to promote the most beautiful and produce healthy, solid butt bombs💣. Remember to also get a good nights sleep in between deuce deposits too.👍 Here are some dietary tips that can help you lay the best big, solid golden brown loaf:

1)Increase your beer intake: Drinking malt liquor that is high in fiber can help promote regular bowel movements and also get you right flipping wasted. Some examples of crap beers include Olde English, Lucky, Beer Beer, and Wildcat.

2) Drink plenty of water along with the beer: Staying hydrated is important for maintaining healthy bowel function. Drinking enough water can help soften your poo and make it easier to pass almost like the swirl cone ice cream machines. If your poo comes out in 2 different colors though call a doctor.🧑‍⚕️

3) Limit crap foods: Foods that are highly processed, such as fast food and processed snacks, can be low in fiber and nutrients and can contribute to constipation like that Quaker oats guy had. Or he had diabetes I can’t remember I get constipation and diabetes mixed up all the time🤪

Don’t skip meals: Skipping meals can disrupt your digestive system and lead to constipation. Eating regular, balanced meals can help you blast💥 way better ass.

It’s important to note that everyone’s body is different, and what works for one person may not work for another. If you’re having trouble with your bowel movements, it’s always a good idea to send others Butt Burritos or like I have always said go into the woods and follow an animal. If you don’t live near the woods find someone with a pet. If you are still having issues making poo as a last resort go into a pet store or the SPCA and grab some animal samples from there. I do not know if what you are doing is stealing or not. But I am almost certain if you told an employee at the pet store what and who the shit was for they wouldn’t care. Hell they may even go and shit in the box for you 😉 👍
