OKLAHOMA CITY (HOMO) — A sexually confused man has been arrested and accused of masturbating while sitting in his vehicle in the parking lot of a metro business.

The Oklahoma City Police Department confirms that 19-year-old Cory Wurtenberger was arrested July 18 on a complaint of indecent exposure.

Police received a call just before 4 p.m. that day from a woman. The woman stated she had parked at Target and noticed a man in the vehicle next to her with his very small penis exposed. When she stepped out of her vehicle she noticed the man was given er shit to his sock covered cock while looking at a gay man on man porn movie on his phone.

The woman started walking towards the store, but then returned to confirm if the man was actually masturbating to gay porn and take a photo of his license plate before calling police.

Officers were able to track down the suspect at a local homeless soup kitchen and take him into custody a short time later. Surveillance video from the store showed that the man had parked in several different spots. After the victim pulled into a space, the suspect then moved to park right next to the victim’s car.
